At My Family Therapy & Support, we are dedicated to empowering families to build healthier, stronger relationships through professional mental health support. Established in January 2024, our practice was born from the belief that every family deserves access to quality therapy that addresses their unique challenges and helps them thrive.

As the owner and lead therapist, I am committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care. But this practice is about more than just therapy—it's part of a larger vision we share at My Family Therapy & Support. Together, we aspire to create transformative spaces that offer healing and growth for families in need.

Our vision includes the development of dream centers and healing ranches, places where families can not only receive therapy but also engage in holistic wellness activities that support emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. These centers will be havens where families can heal, grow, and rediscover their strength.
